Ahhh!!! So much better than the large, sad photo of "heritage chicken" on the Fresh Direct truck I saw this morning. "Think of it as the analog to the heirloom tomato," goes the description on their website. OK, maybe when a tomato can look this good in a nautical-themed sweater.
